Center stones of 1.00 carat and above are accompanied by an official IGI or GIA laboratory certificate, depending on the stone.

Each certificate details the diamond’s key characteristics, including carat weight, cut, color, clarity, proportions, and laser inscription (when applicable).

Every BÄL piece is also delivered with an Authenticity Card, certifying the gold purity, the use of lab-grown diamonds, and the unique specifications of your jewelry.

This ensures transparency, quality, and complete confidence with every BÄL creation.

Shipping

Each BÄL creation is meticulously crafted to order using lab-grown diamonds of exceptional quality.
Orders are dispatched within 7 to 12 business days from the date of purchase.

Exchange Policy

As all BÄL pieces are made to order, exchanges or returns are not available, except in the following exceptional cases:

• Resizing:
  If the size does not fit, we accept a return for resizing. Once adjusted, the piece will be re-shipped to you free of charge.
• Design exchange:
  If the person you are gifting does not love the design, we offer a one-time exchange for another model of equal or higher value.

For all approved exchanges:

• Shipping costs for returning the item and receiving the new piece remain the responsibility of the client.
• The exchanged piece must be of equal or greater value.
