Resize & Repair Policy

At BÄL Diamonds, each piece is handcrafted to order with exceptional care. To protect the integrity and craftsmanship of our jewelry, resizing and repair services are subject to the following terms.

RESIZING

If the size of your jewelry does not fit, we accept a return exclusively for resizing purposes.

  • One complimentary resizing may be offered within 6 months from the date of delivery, subject to the design and size limitations of the piece.

  • Not all designs or size adjustments are eligible; eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Once resized by our atelier, the piece will be re-shipped to you free of charge for the resizing service itself.

  • Shipping costs associated with returning the item remain the responsibility of the client.

RESIZING RESTRICTIONS

Resizing requests will not be accepted  if:

  • The jewelry has been resized, repaired, altered, or handled by any third-party jeweler

  • The piece has been customized or personalized  beyond the original order specifications

  • The jewelry shows signs of damage, misuse, or structural compromise

Any third-party intervention immediately voids eligibility for resizing, as BÄL Diamonds cannot guarantee the condition or workmanship of externally altered pieces.

REPAIR

All BÄL Diamonds jewelry is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery.

Repairs are accepted only for manufacturing defects identified within this period and subject to inspection and approval by BÄL Diamonds.

REPAIR RESTRICTIONS

Repairs will not be accepted  if:

  • The damage results from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or negligence

  • The jewelry has been altered, repaired, resized, or touched by any third-party jeweler

  • The piece has been customized or personalized, unless the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect

Once a piece has been modified or serviced outside of BÄL Diamonds, we are unable to assess or guarantee its structural integrity and therefore cannot accept it for repair.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS FOR RESIZING OR REPAIR

All returns for resizing or repair must:

  • Be pre-approved by BÄL Diamonds

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

  • Be returned in original condition, excluding the reported issue

BÄL Diamonds reserves the right to inspect all items before approving any resizing or repair service.
