ACCOUNT CREATION AND PLACING ORDER

By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable UAE laws. ORDERS, SHIPPING, EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Orders
When you place an order through the BÄL Diamonds website, you agree to purchase handcrafted jewelry made specifically for you. All pieces are produced to order, and production begins only after your order has been confirmed.
Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, supply limitations, incorrect pricing, or errors in product information.
Shipping
BÄL Diamonds will make reasonable efforts to process and ship your order within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location and external factors such as courier delays, customs clearance, or local regulations.
BÄL Diamonds is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control. All shipping estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Exchange and Returns
As all BÄL pieces are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted except in exceptional cases. We offer resizing if the piece does not fit, with the adjusted item re-shipped free of charge. A one-time design exchange is also available if the recipient does not love the chosen model, provided the new piece is of equal or higher value. In all approved cases, return and re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. At BÄL, we are committed to ensuring every creation meets the highest standards of emotion, care, and satisfaction.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the BÄL Diamonds website including, but not limited to, product images, videos, text, logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, and digital renderings — is the exclusive intellectual property of BÄL Diamonds or its licensors and is protected under applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No part of the website or its content may be used, reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or exploited without prior written consent from BÄL Diamonds. Any unauthorized use, including for commercial purposes or resale, is strictly prohibited. BÄL Diamonds reserves the right to pursue legal action against any infringement or misuse of its intellectual property rights.
WARRANTY
All BÄL Diamonds jewelry pieces are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear and use. Each creation is crafted with exceptional care and undergoes thorough inspection prior to shipment.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence
- Alterations, repairs, or resizing performed by any third-party jeweller, which will immediately void the warranty, as BÄL Diamonds cannot guarantee the condition or handling of the piece after external intervention
Resizing Policy:
One complimentary resizing may be offered within the warranty period, subject to the design and size limitations of the piece. Not all designs or size adjustments are eligible, and eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing defect or requires evaluation, please contact us at contact@baldiamonds.comwith proof of purchase and clear photographs of the issue. If the claim is approved, we will provide further instructions and advise on the appropriate solution.
This warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. BÄL Diamonds reserves the right to inspect all items before approving any warranty service and to amend its warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BÄL Diamonds, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the website, products, services, or these Terms, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. BÄL Diamonds’ total liability, where applicable, shall be strictly limited to the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful. BÄL Diamonds does not warrant that the website will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or be fully compatible with all devices or systems.
INDEMNIFICATION
