Returns & Exchanges

At BÄL Diamonds, each piece is meticulously handcrafted and made to order. For this reason, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we are committed to addressing them with care and transparency, subject to the conditions outlined below.

RETURNS

Returns are not accepted except in cases expressly approved by BÄL Diamonds and strictly limited to resizing purposes only.

• Resizing Returns:
   If the jewelry does not fit as intended, we accept a return solely for resizing. Once the adjustment has been completed, the resized piece will be re-shipped to the client at no additional cost for the resizing service itself. (FREE)
  

• Return Conditions:
   To be eligible for a resizing return, the jewelry must:
  

• Be in its original condition, unworn and unaltered
  

• Show no signs of damage, wear, or misuse
  

• Not have been modified, repaired, resized, or handled by any third-party jeweler
  

• Not be customized or personalized beyond the original order specifications

Any jewelry that has been altered, adjusted, or touched by another jeweler, or that has undergone any form of customization after purchase, will automatically be deemed ineligible for return under all circumstances.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are permitted only under exceptional circumstances and subject to approval by BÄL Diamonds.

• Design Exchange:
   If the recipient of a gift does not love the selected design, we offer a one-time exchange  for another model of  equal or greater value.
  

• Exchange Conditions:
  

• The exchanged piece must be of equal or higher value; any price difference must be settled prior to processing
  

• The jewelry must be returned in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition
  

• Items that have been customized, personalized, resized by another jeweler, or altered in any way are strictly non-exchangeable

• Exchanges are limited to one per order
  

All shipping costs related to returning the original item and receiving the exchanged piece are the responsibility of the client.
