Option 1: Measure Your Ring Size at Home

You can determine your ring size in just a few minutes using simple tools.

Method 1

Using a String or Strip of Paper

Wrap a string or thin paper around the base of your finger.
Mark the point where it overlaps.
Measure the length in millimeters (mm).
Use the chart below to find your corresponding ring size.

Common Sizing Tips from Our Atelier

Measure your finger at room temperature. Cold shrinks, heat expands.
Avoid measuring just after exercise or salty meals (temporary swelling).
The ring should slide easily but resist slightly over the knuckle.
Wide bands fit tighter than thin bands, go up half a size for thicker rings.
Engagement and wedding rings often sit together measure both for comfort.

International Sizing Differences

Different regions use different systems:

US: Numerical (3–13)
UK: Alphabetical (A–Z)
EU: Circumference in mm
Asia: Numeric index (Japan, China, etc.)
