FREE RESIZING

We offer complimentary resizing to ensure your jewelry fits comfortably and perfectly. If the size does not fit, you may return the piece to us for resizing, and once the adjustment is completed, the item will be re-shipped to you free of charge.

Please note that free resizing is subject to the specific design and size of the jewelry. Certain designs, settings, or structural elements may limit the ability to resize without compromising the integrity or aesthetics of the piece. Our team will assess each request to confirm eligibility before proceeding.

Free resizing is only available under the following conditions:

• The jewelry must not have been altered, resized, repaired, or handled by any third-party jeweler. Any signs of external modification will void the free resizing service.

• The resizing request must be made within the warranty period, which is six (6) months from the date of delivery.

• The piece must be returned in its original condition, aside from normal wear.

Requests made outside the warranty period, or pieces that are not eligible due to design limitations or prior third-party work, may still be resized at an additional cost, subject to evaluation.
